I appreciated his honesty as well. He is "not a licensed gunsmith," and "won't pretend to be." He gave me the names of people whom he trusted to do the work that he couldn't. That's huge!
Stopped in just to check the place out. The man on staff was very helpful, eager to assist, and educate where necessary, and knew his products!
Unique firearms here and some good options for conceal carry holsters. My only beef is customer service isn't necessarily to be desired the guy is very political and out right publicly about it to customers verbally. I dont go to these places for their political opinion and to top it off the used 22 marlin my son bought for his first rifle granted was used it was sold dirty. Gummed up so bad I don't think the previous owner ever cleaned it in their lives and this place had it on the shelf plus sold it as it was. Not very professional if you ask me!!!

Don't waste your time with this place there prices are high and the staff is very rude. The man with the red hair acted like my friend and where stupid because we wanted a certain gun and like like his recommend firearm. Save yourself time and money and go to academy .
The other pleasant surprise was learning that he sells guns on layaway. I don't have the budget to shell out hundreds in cash, so buying on layaway is of tremendous benefit. Patriot Outfitters made the whole process as convenient as possible! I would recommend them for equipment, replacement parts, ammo, and general questions.
Good prices, good inventory and nice, knowledgeable staff that aren't condescending. Everything I love in a gun store.
