Here's a tip for the owner:
You don't want customer satisfaction... that's the bare minimum. You want customer loyalty. You want fans. You want people who would intentionally take the drive to come eat at your establishment, not just settle for it because it's "the only thing around."
I did, however, get to fill my own soda cup... all the way to the top!
I told the server that I'd like extra grilled onions and extra black beans. She generously scooped an additional half-teaspoon's worth of onions and, after dropping only a half a spoonful of black beans into my bowl, she reached back into the bowl , to extract two... yes, two... beans. 'Cuz, you know... who could eat all that anyway?
The food is ok. But the service is less than stellar. Watching the server prepare my burrito bowl felt like I was standing in a government rations line.
Love the fries! (Also like the hamburgers and Philly cheese steaks too... But the FRIES!) Try it if you haven't already... I'll be back to try something new the next time around.
I understand that it's a local restaurant and they do not have the ability to be as free with their portion size as Chipotle and Qdoba are. However, if you're going to model yourself after them, you should at least try.
The entire experience was rather underwhelming.
Best steak quesadilla I have eaten period. Service quick with smile. And tasty desserts as well. Yummy
Awesome food... Made to order, everything is fresh. Dessert is so good... employees are so nice... we'll be eating here again...
It was painful to watch the server carefully shake the grains of rice into the bowl (because you don't want to accidentally give the customer too many grains of the most profitable food commodity in the world), and slowly drizzle the refried beans into place, making sure not to accidentally empty the spoon.
This is a great place for everyone!! The service is great, it really makes you feel welcome. The food tastes amazing and it doesn't take very long time to make or for them to bring it out to you! The place is really clean. I like to go in with my family a lot. The new week specials are great because you have one thing new to try every day! The menu is expanding I can't wait to see what else Habanero has for us! Thank you Habanero!!
Train your staff to make the customer walk away feeling served. If you don't know how, find someone who can.
