Not a good place for deep work. I went 3 times to the library this summer specifically to work on my computer science projects in a nice quiet place. The library staff talk quite loudly, considering the fact that it's a library atmosphere. I purposely stayed inside the small room with 3 long tables. I think it's the research area.(The lady in this room was so kind and quiet. She was obviously really working) Even though I had my high tech ear buds in with classical music playing, the ladies out at the front desk area were talking and giggling so loudly that I had to go out there and ask them to quiet down a bit and explained to them that I came to the library to have a quiet place to study.This only lasted for about a half hour. I ended up leaving in frustration.
